Responsibilities
- Establish networking environment by installation and configuration.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance;
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches,
- Provide time to time technical support to customers
- Investigating faults in the network and troubleshooting problems and outages
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maintain and deploy data transmission reporting tools for multi-protocol layers
- Knowledge in installing CISCO Router and other IT related product
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Network Engineer / Network Technician
- Bachelor Degree in Computer, Electronics, and Telecom
- Cisco Certification – Preferably CCNP
- Valid Transferrable residency
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
- Good Technical skill
- Communication skill English and Arabic
- Handling of customer complaints and provide time to time technical support.
