Remediation Statements of Work

There will be occasions when vulnerabilities and intrusions are detected that cannot be resolved easily effort will need to take place that may require onsite resolution. On those occasions when remediation that is not covered under the SLA is required, our security specialists will submit a Statement of Work that will detail the scope, tasks, time frame and costs for our team to provide the solution to remediate the problem.
