Intrusion Detection Monitoring and Escalation
We monitor your network 24/7. Any unexpected intrusions are identified, captured and logged. Each intrusion is evaluated for its validity and level of attack. Some are expected, explainable and are disregarded; That's where we come in! The security consultant assigned to your account will troubleshoot the intrusion remotely. Our next courses of action are dependant on the severity and cause of the alert, but generally the security consultant would identify the intrusion, escalate it to your designated IT person and recommend a course of action to resolve the problem if it can't be resolved remotely by the consultant.
